A Bad Experience with OLA cabs Hyderabad
I'm not usually the type to do complaint blogs but this time I really want to slam my hand right across on the table and rant a big deal about it on my blog. Why you ask? Just because I don't want anyone reading this post to face the same thing I did. Here is what happened. I was looking for a car from Musheerabad to Indira park for my Grandparent's doctor appointment. I made it very clear to the kind executive at the help desk who was assisting my booking that I needed a car at the earliest. She booked an available car clearly stating that it will take 30 mins for my car to reach the pickup point. I was okay with that. What I don't understand is the cab driver calling me up as soon as the booking is confirmed and telling me bluntly- 'Madam it will take a lot of time for me to reach.
