National Spumoni Day
AUGUST 21st First of all..what on earth is a Spumoni ???!!... Got me wondering the same too.. Had to do a lot to research to figure out the fact that SPUMONI is an italian icecream. SPUMONI meaning ----- ice cream in layers of different colors, flavors, and textures often with candied fruits and nuts T raditional Spumoni flavors are a green Old World Cherry, a pink flavor made with Rum, Brandy, fruits, and nuts, and a traditional Chocolate. I have no clue how it tastes like..but it sure looks totally deeeeelicious!!! Look at all the colours!! The perfect blend of white , pink and chocolate !! NOTE TO SELF: Target 101 as on date 21,August,2012 MUST TASTE SPUMONI BY August 21,2013 (if the world doesn't end by then! :P)
